At TFG we appreciate that everyone loves events, but until you need to organise an event, you will not realise the complexities, legalities and stress that can be involved. And that is where we can help you. We have teams of experienced event staff that can help you from the planning stage, throughout the event and in the evaluation.

We can provide the following: –

Event Manager – This is an experienced member of our team, who can advise and support you from your initial enquiry, all the way through to the completion and evaluation of your event. They will be your single point of contact (SPOC) and can advise you in all aspects of your event needs, helping to keep everyone safe in the process.

Team Leader – We have a range of experienced staff who can operate as team leaders who will support the event manager at larger scale events. These will either be generic or activity specific e.g., first aid staff.

Comms – We all know that the secret of success is good communication, and as such we can provide you with a full on-site comms/control room package, where our experienced operator{s} can oversee all aspects of event deployments, which is especially useful during any incident.

First Aid/Medical Support – We can provide you with an appropriate team to suit your needs which can be made up of any of the following – first aiders, first responders, ambulance technicians, nurses, paramedics and doctors. We will provide all the medical equipment that is needed to go along with the team.

Stewards/Marshals – All our stewards/marshals have a range of different event experience and as the first point of contact at your event, pride themselves on friendly but firm public support and interaction.

Security –There is an increasing need to have security officers at events. TFG can provide the full range of SIA licenced security operatives from Security Guards, Door Supervisors, Close Protection Officers as well as CCTV operatives.
We can also provide our security services at pubs/clubs, retail, hospitality, offices, construction/demolition sites and pretty much anywhere that there is a security need.
